What began as a love for baking has grown into a full counter the whole neighbourhood knows by name. Every morning starts before sunrise: doughnuts proving, savouries in the oven, cream whipped and cakes finished by hand. Nothing sits overnight — if it's on the shelf, it was baked today.
We bake for the everyday and the once-in-a-lifetime alike. A dozen rolls for the family, a tray of samoosas for a function, a cheesecake that turns an ordinary Tuesday into a treat, or a celebration cake for the birthday everyone will remember. Whatever the occasion, we make it with the same care and the finest ingredients we can find.
